(hereinafter “SEPLAW”),  with registered address at Avenida Santa Fe 505, Cruz Manca, Cuajimalpa, C.P. 05349, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, which is carried out with strict confidentiality in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom Act and its regulations.

I. PURPOSE

 

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to rule the legitimate, controlled, and informed processing of personal data by SEPLAW, in order to guarantee the privacy and right to informational self-determination of the data subjects.

II. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

B. To provide professional consulting, advisory, or legal assistance services.

In order to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, SEPLAW may collect the following personal data: full name, address, telephone number, email address, occupation, company, education, employment and academic history, union, data on family members, spouse or children, financial and/or asset data, as well as any information you provide us in relation to the purposes indicated.

In addition to the personal data mentioned above, through this notice you give your express consent for SEPLAW to collect, possess, record, store, and specially process the following sensitive personal data: personal interests or opinions, current physical and/or mental health status, past or future genetic information, in some cases, sexual preferences or orientation, aspects of racial or ethnic origin, or other information you provide us in relation to the purposes indicated.

Finally, in the processes of selecting and hiring personnel, collaborators, and/or suppliers, SEPLAW may collect, among other, the following personal data: full name, address, telephone number, email address, occupation, company, education, personal references, employment and academic history, union membership, financial and/or asset data, personal interests or opinions, and current, past, or future physical and/or mental health status.

IV. DATA TRANSFER

 

In accordance with Articles 35 and 36 of the Freedom Act, you expressly accept and authorize any transfer of your personal data by SEPLAW to collaborators, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, suppliers, auditors, clients, organizations, or national or foreign authorities, who are obligated to process such data in accordance with the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.

V. SECURITY MEASURES

 

We have sufficient security measures in place to protect, ensure the confidentiality of, and guarantee your personal data, restricting access to unauthorized persons. Our employees, representatives, subcontractors, consultants, and/or third parties involved in any stage of the processing of your personal data will maintain confidentiality with respect to such data.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose your personal data to limit its use, transfer, or disclosure, or to revoke your consent for the processing of your data by sending an email to: contact@seplaw.com.mx

Please note that your request may not always be fulfilled immediately, as SEPLAW may need to continue processing your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation. You should also bear in mind that revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data could result in the termination of the consulting, advisory, or legal assistance services contracted with the Company.
