Paulina Peregrina Loera
Paulina Peregrina Loera is an attorney graduated from Universidad Anáhuac México, where she obtained her professional degree in 2019. In order to broaden and specialize her legal knowledge, in 2020 she completed a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. She also participated in the International Seminar on Children and Adolescents and their Restitution, organized by the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.).
Since 2018, she has been part of the firm SepLaw | Sepúlveda y Díaz Noriega, S.C., in which she has participated in several complex litigations related to commercial transactions and arbitration, in addition to oral, summary and ordinary commercial proceedings.
She has also been involved in proceedings related to international child abduction, civil, commercial and family litigation, rural law and class actions.
Throughout her professional experience, she has developed skills in the preparation of legal documents and in the representation of clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings, covering various practice areas.
